Zoning Board of Appeals
Will hold a site visit for all persons interested at AAA Enterprises & Services located at 15 ROBINSON ROAD [BPD]. The purpose of the visit is for members of the Board of Appeals and all interested parties to observe a rock crusher in use on the property concerning a quest of a Special Permit by AAA ENTERPRISES on Behalf of MOUNTAIN REALTY TRUST to add a nonconforming use to allow for the receipt and processing of stone, soil, and loam.
Said site visit will be held on SATURDAY OCTOBER 4, 2008 at 10 A.M. at 15 ROBINSON ROAD. All interested parties are requested to wear appropriate footwear.
